I am allowed to refuse a commission for any reason

I will NOT work soley off of written descriptions of the character, I require reference images (filled mspaint bases work perfectly fine!)

Complex characters (lots of markings, details, etc.) can potentially cost extra

I do not work with deadlines, such as birthdays etc. closer than a month

I retain all rights to my art unless stated otherwise

You may work on/have another artist continue working on the piece

You may use your commission for personal use only - you are not permitted to use my artwork commercially, for NFTs or AI training

once the commission is finished, any large edits that need to be done due to lack of commissioner information or feedback, i can either refuse to do or charge extra

Payment is done via Paypal invoices, ask regarding other options and payment plans

I will not start the artwork until i have received at least partial payment

Commissions can take up to two months to complete once paid off, commissioners will be informed about any delays

full refunds are not possible once the drawing has been finished - communicate with me clearly if you need to cancel a commission at any point due to any reason

During any other stage of the commission, you’ll receive a percentage of the original commission price back, based on the status of completion (eg. if the piece is only 25% done, you'll receive 75% of the money back)

If the commission is cancelled on my behalf, due to any reason, you'll receive a full refund as well as a file of any progress I have made
